All sales are final for physical and virtual purchases. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they leave our facility and are in the hands of mail carriers. We do our best to package items safely and securely to avoid damage.

If your item does arrive damaged, please email us at [email protected] with your receipt ID, and include an image of the damaged item. We will assess your claim and provide you with the best option possible. Please email us to add Insurance or Signature Delivery to your package at an additional cost.
